I Want Rapid Fat Loss Without Muscle Reduction
This Can be a problem-It probably took some years to put the weight on your body,so it takes effort and time to reduce this problem. However having said that I have found Fasting for 3-5 days a great help.

I start the day before eating fruit only and lots of water to loosen up the bowels and prepare the body for fluids-The following day I have prepared lots of vegetable juices for the day-These I sip on during the day-The amounts required are not huge-Make sure the juices are not to strong,what I mean by that is no Garlic or Parsley,more Carrots,Celery,Apple,and some fresh orange juice-I feel the less of fruit the better as you need less sugar content and more cell building requirements that Veggies can give-
