Big Statement! Now Read My Beliefs:
Some 20 years ago I got divorced! The pressure of selling my house and changing my life,only seeing my children on weekends, paying for their schooling gave me such stress I started to lose my health-It was subtle-Rashes,Anxiety attacks,Allergic reactions to food,Spacey feelings in the head, Unable to concentrate where but a few symptoms-In all I was a mess!----
I started different styles of meditation (I will go into that on another post) It helped some what,however I was still slipping-- After some research and desperate times I found in used book stalls as the internet was not what it is today, a basics to work with Water Of course I drunk water taking my health pills and in my coffee and tea-But I never really Drunk Enough Water----

I always had a great fascination with the martial arts,and practised Taw-Kwon-do,Karate-Iwas not that good but I liked the discipline of the mind. So let's cut to the chase!
I found old style books on Chinese fighting arts like Chin Wu and then out of the blue as you walk into book shops hoping the correct book will jump out at you It Did ------
Ch'i The Power Within by Geoff Pike- Really worth the read- So from now on I will quote some of his ideas coupled with my experience!
At this point in time I was drinking a fair amount of scotch and wine-forget the smokes they were cigars!!
Water
The book related to a article published by the Japanese Sickness Association in 1975 strongly recommendation for the early morning practise of Pa Tuan Tsin (Water Therapy my translation)
It mentioned shall we say a romantic figure of a robust Chinese peasant a Chin Wu instructor some 1000 years ago that cured a man with water therapy! I was intrigued---
To cut a long story short
Go to the well and drink a full bucket of water! He felt ill drinking so much water, Urinated many times,was sick and dizzy,but kept drinking-within in one week he could drink the water easily and urinated less and became well----
My Trial and Experiences using Water
So In those days I boiled water the night before and drank the next day as soon as I was awake-Being a Aussie I drunk 4 schooners of boiled water (approx 3+ pints) every morning! it was not easy as water is a bit bland-With in less than half a hour I was on the "Loo" the bowels wher working well and I was urinating like never before-- After a week I had increased this every morning-the feeling of life was amazing-I could then go for a walk come home eat my breakfast and my urinating had slowed--But you should have seen the benefits in my face--woo- believe it or not my wrinkles seemed to be dissipating!! also hence the picture my bowels were amazing-I then found I had no need for coffee or tea. Do not keep your water in the fridge,drink at room temperature-Try to drink at least 1.5 litres in your first week every day in one sitting not spread out during the day, building to 2.5 litres in the second week.And of course you drink during the day as normal.
Please,Please, Give Away Soda Drinks-PLEASE!
Even today I feel naked without water in the morning-I drink more only when I feel a cold or Flu is on my back or before I jump on a Plane Trip.

The Simple Fact Is There Is No Other Liquid Known to be more than beneficial to Man Than Water
